Matthew Ditzler, DPT, OCS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Dr. Ditzler received his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Bloomsburg University in 2001 and his doctorate in physical therapy from Chatham University in 2007. Following his doctorate, he completed an Orthopedic Residency and became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Dr. Ditzler is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer. In addition to owning and operating Ditzler Physical Therapy, he is adjunct faculty as a Laboratory Instructor in Lebanon Valley College's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has presented his research on spinal manipulation and shoulder range of motion at their national conference. He has experience treating a diverse population, from the high level competitive athlete up to the geriatric population. His specialties include manual therapy, orthopedics, and advanced strength and conditioning. Dr. Ditzler is a Lebanon County native and went to Annville-Cleona High School. In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts, hunting, archery, exercising, and is an avid outdoorsman.

Tracy Kurtz, DPT Tracy

Dr. Kurtz received her master's degree in physical therapy from College Misericordia in 2004 and her doctorate in physical therapy from Shenandoah University in 2007. She has worked with patients of all ages in multiple settings, including outpatient, acute care, long-term care, and home health. Dr. Kurtz grew up in Schuylkill County and is a 1999 graduate of Blue Mountain High School. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, assisting with school and sports activities, camping and other outdoor activities, playing the piano, crocheting, and has been the captain of a Relay For Life Team with the American Cancer Society for many years.

LeahLeah Shunk, PTA

Leah is a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School and received her Associate of Science degree from Penn State University Hazleton Campus in 1997, at which time she became a board certified physical therapist assistant. She has 23 years of experience as a physical therapist assistant, working in outpatient, acute care, wound care, and rehab/SNF units. Leah has worked at Ditzler Physical Therapy for five years and has developed advanced knowledge in applying manual techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription in outpatient physical therapy. She and her husband, Jason, are raising two sons that are currently attending school at NLHS. Leah is an active member in the Fredericksburg community with Boy Scout Troop 432 and Saint John's Lutheran Church. She enjoys participating in various community activities throughout the Northern Lebanon area with her family, gardening, and taking care of her animals.

JenJennifer Gibson

Office Manager

Jennifer is a graduate of Annville-Cleona High School where she focused on health careers at the Career and Technology Center. She has worked at Ditzler Physical Therapy for five years and is the first smiling face you will see when you come in for treatment. As the office manager, she ensures the office runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Outside the clinic, Jen enjoys spending time with her children and being outdoors.

Megan Foscue

Patient Service Representative

Megan is a graduate of Anne Arundel Community College and is pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is a native of Southern Maryland and moved to Pennsylvania in 2018 when her husband accepted a job with the PA Air National Guard. Megan has over six years of experience as an administrative worker in outpatient physical therapy. As a patient service representative, she will schedule your appointments, verify your insurance benefits, and assist you in any way she can. In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, playing tennis and table tennis, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
